My name is Sam Renikoff, and I am a running coach and writer.  

 

As a running coach, I partner with athletes training for distances ranging from the mile up through the marathon. Some of my athletes are new to taking their running seriously, whereas others are experienced veterans aiming for new personal bests or competitive age group performances. As a writer, I have written for a number of publications, including Hey Explorer, Zafiri, and The Curious Uptowner. Hey Explorer is a website for world travelers, focusing on culture, trip planning, and education. Zafiri is a website focused on helping athletes eat, sleep, and train while traveling the world.
